The Instrument Rating IR-H Modular is intended for qualified pilots wishing to operate helicopters in IFR flight.
The IR-H rating will be linked to the type of helicopter used during training and testing: IR-ME-SP on EC135
For IR-H holders wishing to extend their privileges to another type of helicopter, refer to the IR Extension Course.
The IR-H modular course can be coupled with an EC135 tyre rating for pilots not qualified on the type.

Hold a PPL-H, CPL-H or ATPL-H license

Hold a valid medical certificate

Hold a valid FCL 055d.

Hold a theoretical IR

Hold a valid EC135 SP Type Rating or attend the EC135 type rating in the ATO

Hold a valid IR-A for conversion.

At the end of the training, an ATO training certificate will be given to the trainee allowing him/her to attend the exam for a Part-FCL qualification issued by the competent authority.
IR-H Skill test not included in the training time, available on request
